“In terms of inspiration, we were honored to be asked to contribute, and lyrically wanted to express the idea that there’s always “a chance to make things right”. We tried to make a chorus that would express that idea– that if people want to, they can always find a way to make things better. This song is peppered with that idea, and our hope was to have a listener walk away remembering that there’s always a choice. The choice in this song is between focusing on a disappointing past, or pursuing the opportunity to make a change.”
