Jeff Lucas - Co-Founder, Millions from One
Jeff helped created a unique business model for Millions from One that operates from two distinct platforms. Millions from One’s “Fashion with Purpose” offers the best in quality, fashion and fit while upholding high moral and value standards in every product made. “Purchase with Purpose” was created to share profits from each sale to help children around the world, and provide hope to the hopeless. Last year, Millions from One reached over 200,000 children in 25 countries around the globe.

Jeff began his career over 20 years ago with J.C. Penney Company, Inc. where he held various positions. He then moved to Oshman’s Sporting Goods where he served as Vice President of Merchandising, and helped lead the successful turnaround and sale of the company to Sports Authority. Jeff then assumed the position of Sr.Vice President of Gen-X Sports, Inc., a corporate umbrella that owned and acquired sporting goods companies. He was instrumental in the growth and subsequent sale of the company to Huffy Corporation.

Disillusioned and wanting more, Jeff left the corporate world to explore new ways of doing business. Millions from One was born out of this shift in perspective.

Jeff has a wonderful wife of 20 years, Anya and 2 beautiful daughters. His 3 girls are incredible blessings that provide much of the inspiration. Jeff’s travels over the years have opened his eyes to struggles for life that millions of children face each day. He believes every life matters and that each of us can make a difference. Jeff holds a BA, from the University of Texas at Austin, with a degree in Psychology and Economics.

Water is life, and what a gift it is to have access to clean water.  It doesn’t matter how much money you have, what color your skin is or where you live, water is the most basic life essential.  The sad reality is, many people do not have access to clean water.  They can’t turn on a faucet, they can’t buy it at the store, they can’t drink it from a fountain.  We want to change that. 

I promise I will do everything I can to provide access to clean water to as many people as we’re blessed to help.  This is our simple mission and we’re so grateful for your help, involvement and support.

If you’re so inclined to know more about me (most people aren’t), I am currently the Group Account Director for The Marketing Arm, a leading entertainment and sports marketing agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Dallas and London. My wife, Alison, and I reside in Dallas with our young daughter, Harlow, and our dog, Nikita.
